Free Sports Physicals

Attention: Harrisburg High School PIAA Student Athletes and Parents:

FREE sports physicals are available for any middle or high school PIAA student/athlete. Walk-In appointments are welcome. Parents/guardians must accompany athletes under 18 year old. Please remember to bring PIAA forms. For information call (717) 761-5530. See schedule below.
